fairy godmother, so you can let your
creative soul fly freely

I'm Leah

I'm Leah

I’m a Copenhagen-based creative generalist – wildly organized, quietly funny, emotionally precise and aesthetically obsessed. I have a master in landscape architecture (that I don’t use), so I’m a nerdy aestetic, who can manage dissemination to a broad variation of people, and keep calm and cool headed when a deadline approaces and everything seems up in the air. I write with warmth, I love systems, and I get an embarrassing amount of joy out of making things just work – and I always make it work. Some call me stubborn, I see it as enthusiastic perseverance.

I don’t come with a traditional CV or years of professional experience within this field — but I come with deep aesthetic sensibility, strong structure-loving skills, and a love for meaningful creative work.

Hit play and let me tell you, why being your support speaks to me.

My superpowers

  • I’m not here to prove myself; I’m here to support you – with presence, precision, and purpose

  • I care about people first, beautiful, thoughtful work, and have an intuitive aesthetic sense that I can’t explain

  • I am an empath. I easily tune into others, and often know what is needed before they do themselves, which makes me incredible at tending to the needs of any person or situation

  • I notice the small things. Typos. Inconsistencies. That weird gap in the email layout. I will catch them

  • Structure, organization and coherence are my second language, and I enjoy optimizing processes almost as much as cuddling my cat

Why I might be a good fit

Let’s dive into how I can contribute to creating a supporting environment for you:

Managing your content calendar and digital systems

I have used Notion and Google Drive in various contexts, mostly on my own projects  — whether it was launching my advent calendar business or, in a moment of overwhelming love for my cat, creating him an Instagram account (the love remains; the account faded, but I still revisit it when I miss him). These are exactly the kinds of systems I thrive in. If you already have a structure in place, I can keep it updated and flowing. If you want to build something from scratch, I’d love to do that with you.

Coordinating YouTube uploads

While I haven’t worked much with YouTube uploads yet, these are the kinds of tasks I’m drawn to: practical, detail-oriented, and visually mindful. My background as a landscape architect means I’m used to managing complex deliveries and deadlines, where alignment across all elements is crucial. I can tell when a headline needs trimming or when an image doesn’t quite “land” — and I love ensuring that everything goes live on time and feels cohesive.

Supporting newsletter creation and community management

I communicate in a way that feels inclusive and human, where everyone feels seen and invited in. I’m passionate about creating connections; between people, and between knowledge and the curious. I have a strong instinct for messaging, what needs to be said, how it stands out best, and how to make it resonate. I once won first place across all university students for best-communicated poster project. I’ve distilled my 236-page, ultra-nerdy thesis into a 10-page pixie book, and I’m often the one colleagues turn to when they’ve lost the thread or their message has been buried in redundancy. I haven’t used Kit yet, but I learn new platforms fast — and I’d love to make your newsletters and community updates feel like a natural extension of you.

Helping build and manage a Squarespace-hosted course

I haven’t used Squarespace yet, but give me a day (okay, maybe two) and I’ll be fluent. I’m self-taught in WordPress, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Plannthat, Notion and probably a few I’ve forgotten. I’m in the process of learning Figma – just for fun, and that probably says a lot about how I approach new tools: with curiosity, thoroughness and desire. New tools are just puzzles I haven’t solved yet – and I love puzzles, almost as much as bringing visual ideas to life. I have an incredibly strong sense of how to create a good user experience, and I’ve previously helped companies with testing, feedback and UX optimisation – and I looooove it!

Drafting or polishing launch emails, landing pages and updates

This is where my sense of language and tone comes into play. I am good at working with text so that it feels light, clear and personal, and ensuring that the visual expression supports the message. I quickly pick up when a sentence doesn’t flow, when information is scattered, or when a page lacks structure. I can help make sure your launches feel aligned with you and your voice.

Organizing everything so you can focus on the creative

That’s actually my whole goal. I thrive on being the one who keeps track of all the threads behind the scenes – so you don’t have to. I don’t see myself as an “assistant” in the classic sense, but as a calm, aesthetically strong and structural support that makes your creative flow possible.

Fun facts

I once...

…collected fluffy chicken breeds for fun, and loved to just sit in the garden and watch them do their thing (did I name all 23 of them? Yes. Yes, I did). I miss them every day

When I...

…wrote my thesis, I also launched a company selling personalized gourmet advent calendars. I built the entire thing myself — design, packaging innovation, product sourcing, photography, copywriting, website, social media, logistics. Oh, and I got top marks for my thesis. All in six months

I sometimes...

…think I’m too sensitive, and the world can feel a little harsh, but it also gives me access to a dimention that many others don’t get to experience. The world of sensory. Of details. Of being moved to tears just by looking at morning due sparkling on a pine tree in the sun

Yes, I...

…have an excel sheet where I keep track on what christmas sweets I make every year, and how many. I also make my own instant hot cocoa mix, and it took me weeks to get the ingredient combination just right

I have...

…sat alone in the dessert for 5 days with only my notebook and nesseseries. Twice. Trying to desconnect, and reconnect

Someone once...

…compared me to a labrador; super loyal, playfull and dangerously food motivated

The details

I’m available 10–15 hours/week, fully remote. Possibly more if needed later on.

I can start whenever the timing suits you the best.

I’m happy to start at £20/hr for the first two months – to honour that I’m not the most experienced person in your inbox. After that, I’d like to move to £30/hr – because I know I’ll deliver work that’s focused, reliable and absolutely worth it, and I have no doubt that you’ll fell that too.

Thank you

Thank you for taking the time to get to know me a little bit. I know you’re probably drowning in a pile of applications – but I hope this one added a little lightness to your inbox.

If this resonates, I’d love to hear from you. And if it’s not the right time, I’ll continue to be cheering you on from this side of the screen.
